FLAT TOP CORKING – S

All corkers, both single-head for productions up to 3000 bottles/hour and multi-head for greater production, are entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, all supports located on the machine base, as well as the centre column, are also exclusively in AISI 304 stainless steel. The materials used and the technical solutions adopted guarantee maximum efficiency and duration of every individual part. The commercial materials concerning the pneumatic, electric and mechanical components are supplied exclusively by main international company, in order to assure maximum reliability and availability of spare parts. The corks are fed by means of an AISI 304 stainless steel hopper, with a centrifugal ant-flooding system able to avoid cork dust. An open cage stainless steel cork feed descent channels, which allow any residual dust to be removed, convey the corks up to introduction into he compressor jaws. These descent channels can be disassembled without the use of spanners or tools. A bottle presence control device gives consent for the descent of the cork into the closure head. The compressor jaws can be removed very quickly thanks to the realisation of a system aimed at the demands of maintenance staff. The core of the machine, i.e. the 4-block compression cam, is realised in toughened steel. According to design, the cork shrinks slowly and
progressively and the punch action introduces the cork inside the mouth of the bottle. The minimum compression diameter of the cork is set at 16 mm. The cork is managed in such a way to allow quick tempering of the molecules, thus guaranteeing a perfect seal.

Injection of neutral gas into the neck of the bottles before the application of the cork.
No cork detection at corking machine outfeed Electric height adjustment of the corking turret.
Air blow into the compressor jaws to guarantee correct cleanliness of the heads.

Special version (without hopper) set to receive unidirectional corks coming from a cap feeder (separate from the corking machine).

All of the construction features of the aluminium screw capper are the same for those given for cork. Caps are fed via a mechanical feeder or by vibration depending on the features of the cork and the requested speed. Feeders, the descents and the distributor heads are all realised in stainless steel and are joined to the central structure. In the single head turrets the head is joined to a motor unit, made to move by a control cam, easily accessible for lubrication and realised to be easily removed for standard maintenance; in the multi-head turrets the headsupport pistons run on rolls and are activated by a control cam, which is also easy to access. The threading heads have 3-4-5 rolls with independent adjustment, the no cap/no roll device guarantees no damage to the bottle if there is no cap. Bottles are moved by supports and, in the case of bottles in P.E.T. or P.V.C., a central disc prevents the bottle from being crushed. MUSHROOM and T CORK APPLICATION -  Corking turret for the application of mushroom corks into glass bottles. The cork is introduced directly from the descent channel inside the heads made up from a hollow body realised on the basis of the shape of the cork and supplied with two laterally running opposite blocks in order to guide the cork perfectly during introduction inside the mouth of the bottle. FLAT TOP/ MUSHROOM CORK APPLICATION - RF Corking turret for the application of unidirectional flat top corks and mushroom corks into glass bottles. PRE-THREADED CAP CLOSURE - VP Capping turret for the application of pre-threaded cap, distributed by pick & place device for special applications onto glass bottles, PET, PVC on special containers such as vases, cans etc. The bottle introduced onto the capping carousel receives the cap directly from the magnetic clutch head with respective static torque, inside which a cap is already housed that was previously taken from the transfer disc positioned in the end part of the descent channel and which allows easy coupling between cap thread and container thread. PRESSURE CAP CLOSURE - PP Capping turret for application of pressurised plastic caps, which can be distributed by the pick & place device on glass bottles, PET, PVC or on special containers such as vases, cans etc. PRESSURE CAP CLOSURE TS-L Capping turret for application of pressurised plastic caps, “T” caps with plastic head and cork body or in pre-turned cork, “Guala” pressurised plastic caps CROWN CAP CLOSURE Corking turret for application of crown caps on glass bottles by means of a head and cone for permanent deformation of the cork, for application of crown caps on glass bottles.

 
 

Capping turret for the application of plastic pre-threaded caps, can be distributed by pick & place device in phase with the application head, which withdraws the cap itself and successively introduces it onto the mouth of the container.
The cap is applied by pression head equipped with pick-up terminal, on bottles in glass, P.E.T. or P.V.C.

 
 

Corking turnable for production up to 2,500 bottles/hour that has on the same turret both cork and aluminium screw cap closure, allowing, with a few, and simple operations, to prepare the system for one type of corking selected from the two available. This option allows to avoid the presence of a complete additional turret for the treatment of corks and, as a consequence, ensures reduced spaces, maintenance and lower costs.
